I thought those who are contemplating making sprouted granola (or sprouted anything) might like to see pictures from my last batch. Really, its so easy. Here is proof. ![]()
Here are the sunflower and pumpkin seeds soaking ~

Rinsing the buckwheat after soaking ~

Sprouting grain sitting on a plate with towel to cover ~

Mixing the granola and spreading on dehydrator screen ~

Sorry I am not very good at using my camera yet. It is smarter than I am, but I hope to come up to snuff soon.

That is very cool, Annie! I can’t see myself doing this just yet, but it is great for future reference. Just out of interest - do you serve the muesli with milk? Can you bake it in the oven if you don’t have a dehydrator?

YUM! This looks exactly like Go Raw granola bars I purchased at the huge Whole Foods in your city. I need a dehydrator screen, but I plan to make such things in the future. Thank you! Oh - I love your tablecloth, too.

Annie - I could live on your Rejuvenation Raw Granola! It is so tasty and such a treat for me since I must eat gluten-free. And my children love it too! I think I am going to have to lock it up and have my sweet husband allow me to consume it in small batches. Otherwise I just gobble the whole bag up in one sitting! Yum. Thank you for helping keep my family healthy.

Annie, I have been reading your blog for months. My friend happened upon it when looking for a recipe and we are hooked to checking in on your lastest nutrition findings. I have many questions I could ask you, which I won’t take the space here for that. I am about to try your granola recipe and want to know if it is a chunky granola or does it crumble into small pieces?
Thanks for such an awesome God honoring site!

Jessica - You can have it be as little or as big of pieces as you like. It generally dries together in a big mat and I break it up when its finished. Happy drying!
